Victor Scott, 76, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Friday, October 24, 2008, at his residence.
Mr. Scott was born May 1, 1932, in Sussex County, New Jersey. He attended West Point Pentecostal Church. Mr. Scott was a truck driver who enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was married to Elizabeth Margretta Matlock and she preceded him in death.
Survivors include two sons; Victor Scott (Victoria) of Stillwater, New Jersey, and Michael Scott (Stephanie) of Carbondale, Pennsylvania; one daughter, Elizabeth Scott of Newton, New Jersey; one brother, Walter Scott, of Doniphan; and two sisters, Diana Joy Mathies (Robert) of Stillwater, New Jersey,and Doris Lorel Nerkorn (Rudy) of Slate Hill, New York; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Comegys Victor & Mildred Doris (Jennings) Scott.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, October 30, 2008, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the West Point Pentecostal Church in Doniphan.
