Vic was a good friend, and all around nice man. I met him first in 1990 when he was good friends with a dear friend of mine, Dixie Waldron who resided with him in Newton NJ. He was very kind and good to Dixie and her daughters, they loved him dearly. I pray his last few years in Missouri were happy and peaceful. He is now in God's hands and living in paradise.
