To: Uncle Paul, Ed, Rita, Carl and Doug. We are deeply sorry for you loss, and we know that Lucy is watching over us and giving signs everyday to remind us that she is still here in our hearts. Aunt Lucy always made time for us no matter what. she always listened, and she always cared. My Fondest memory of Aunt Lucy is when she would stay up late at the chille fest and we would play and listen to music till 3:00 in the morning. there are many memories, but that is my fondest God bless all of you John & Tina Eisenbeis

May Lucy's smile come to mind each time you think of her. Sunday at the reunion, we missed and remembered her. May she rest in peace.

Uncle Paul, Paul, Rita,Carl and Doug: I am so very sorry to hear of all that you went through all these weeks and then the terrible loss. Words can't express the sorrow and compassion I feel for you all. I know these next few days will seem like a blur, remember to take good care of yourselves. Your beautiful singing wife and Mother was too young to leave. She was always smiling and happy when we saw her. I will always treasure the memories of her singing and playing her music. I will miss her many funny e-mails, also! All of you and she will remain in my prayers. Mary

I wish very much that I could be with you all for Lucy's visitation this evening and her service Monday. Unfortunately, I am currently staying with my daughter in Jackson, MO. I kept hoping that a miracle would happen and I would be up to drivng back. Though I know God is with me as he is with all of you, he did not choose to send me the miracle of being able to come to Grandin today. I will be praying for all of you in this difficult time.

Aunt Lucy is already being painfully missed by all of us. I have many, many wonderful memories of her, as I'm sure everyone that knew her does. Memories that death cannot take from us. I already miss her smile, her laugh, her courage, her spirit, and the e-mails that we sent to each other. To Uncle Paul and my cousins, I love you as I loved her. My tears are for you and, selfishly for my self, for I was not ready for her to go. I know with all of my heart that she is no longer in pain, and knows only rest, peace, and love. I'm so very sorry. *Julie*
