Lorraine E. Stidham, 80 year old resident of Doniphan, died Thursday, February 20, 2014 in the Southeast Health Care of Ripley County. Mrs. Stidham was born May 27, 1933 in St. Louis, MO. She was a housewife and loved her family very much. She was also a member of the Eastern Star.
On July 4, 1951, in Pocahontas, AR, she was married to Virgil Stidham, Sr. He preceded her in death on May 6, 2001.
Surviving are two daughters, Judy Meyer of Washington, MO; Mary Jane Hart of Doniphan, MO; one son, Sam Stidham of Doniphan, MO; 5 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Stidham will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, February 24, 2014 in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Glenn Murray officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00 A.M. on Monday. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
