I've known Wilburn nearly all my life. He was my foreman for many years, and a good friend of my dad. Wilburn always treated me and everyone else that worked for him with respect and understanding in his soft spoken way. As a foreman, I've tried to manage the same way Wilburn did, he always had time to hear your problems and to try to uplift you. Wilburn has taught me things that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. He will be deeply missed. To the whole Baucom family, you are in our thoughts and prayers.
