Janie Tucker, 67 year old resident of Briar, died Saturday, June 13, 2015 in the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center Emergency Room. Mrs. Tucker was born March 7, 1948 in Caruthersville, MO. She had worked as a case worker with the State of Missouri Division of Family Services and was a member of the Apostolic Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in Maynard, AR.
She is survived by one daughter, Michele(Turnbow) Hinton and son-in-law Russell Reynolds of Briar; grandchildren Travis Reynolds, Daniel (Charity) Hinton, and Nicole Hinton; Great-grandchildren Tyler Marsh, Makenna Marsh, Braden Hinton, Kaylie Hinton, Zane Hinton, and Sunshine Reynolds; she is also survived the complete Reynolds family and her church family.
Mrs. Tucker was preceded in death by her husband of 22 years, Charles Tucker; her father Joe Williams; and three brothers, Joe, Jeff, and Barry Williams.
Funeral services for Mrs. Tucker will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 20, 2015 in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Al Feezor officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:30 AM and burial will be in the Wilson Cemetery.
