Arthur Lee Anderson, 65, of Doniphan died Saturday January 17, 2009, at his residence in Doniphan. Mr. Anderson was born June 1, 1943, in Rockford, IL. He was a long-haul truck driver and served in the U.S. Army having served in Vietnam. On November 10, 1966, he married Linda Jones in Rockford IL. She survives. Other survivors include two sons Timothy Wayne Anderson & wife Racheal and Jeffrey Warren Anderson & wife Connie all of Doniphan, one daughter Shannon Gaile Mayberry & husband Jerry of Flora IL. Eleven grandchildren—Kenny, Justin, Jessica, Amanda, Nathanial, Dallas, Carli, Dakota, Dustin, LaKesha, Latosha. And five brothers and three sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert Andrew and Lorraine Lucinda (Waters) Anderson. Visitation will be from 9:30-10-30 AM. Tuesday January 20, 2009 at Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday January 20, 2009 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield with Full Military Honors.
