Basil Alan Romine
Basil Alan Romine, 68, of Doniphan, Missouri, formerly of Stockton, California, died Monday, May 14, 2007, at his residence.
Mr. Romine was born April 10, 1939, at Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He was a retired pastor of the Faith Assembly of God Church in Stockton.
On March 20, 1959, he was married to Joyce Ann Turner. She preceded him in death on April 2, 2003.
Surviving are one daughter, Nancy Romine Fisher and husband Bryan of Dewey, Arizona; one son, John Romine, of Oakdale, California; four grandchildren, Nicole Quinones, Nicholas Fisher, Gauge Romine and Alma Fisher; two brothers, Carl Romine and Leroy Romine of Poplar Bluff and special friends Susan Ivey, Jennifer Ivy and baby, Sue Jean.
Services will be held at Faith Assembly of God Church in Stockton with burial to follow at Parkview Cemetery in Manteca, California.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Preferred Hospice, 423 Business Highway 60 West, Dexter, Missouri 63841.
