Paula Sue Tidwell
Paula Sue Tidwell, 63, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Sunday, May 13, 2007, at her residence.
Mrs. Tidwell was born June 15, 1943, in Anderson, Indiana. She was a housewife who enjoyed watching races and raising her children.
On June 28, 1966, she was married to Billy Joe Tidwell at Marion, Indiana. He preceded her in death on September 19, 1993.
Surviving are four daughters; Darla Tidwell (Thurman Nash) of Poynor, Missouri, Billie (Fred) Maxwell, Teresa (Ed) White and Mary (Robin) Carden all of Doniphan; one son, Johnny Tidwell of Doniphan; two sisters, Joyce Small and Judy Gossard of Indiana; two brothers, Richard McConnell and Darrell McConnell of Indiana; nine grandchildren, Kevin Tidwell, Bobby Maxwell, Tabitha Maxwell, Natalie Maxwell, Joshua White, Shannon White, Heather White, Magen Tidwell, Jackie Carden and six great-grandchildren, Jordyn Tidwell, Angel Tidwell, Hunter Tidwell, Joshua White, Dalton White and Page Maxwell.
Mrs. Tidwell was also preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Helen Redden McConnell; one sister, Barbara Dwiggins and three grandchildren, Scotty Carden, Angela Martin and Amber Maxwell.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 15, 2007, from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will be Wednesday, May 16, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. with Brother Johnnie St. Cin officiating. Burial will follow at the Poynor Cemetery.
