Jetty Louise Skaggs, 84, of House Springs died Friday May 16, 2014 at The Crystal Oaks in Crystal City, MO.

Daughter of the late Jewel (Simon) Humphery Mrs. Skaggs was born December 25, 1929 in Ripley County, MO. She worked for Emerson-Electric in St. Louis. Mrs. Skaggs enjoyed gardening, Flowers, traveling with her daughter and family esp. going to bluegrass festivals.

On September 25, 1929 she was married to Robert "Bob" Skaggs. He survives.

Surviving are one daughter: Diane (Dennis) Scheel of Cedar Hill, MO; 2 grandchildren Melissa Treu of Belvidere, IL and Scott Scheel of Union, MO, 5 great-grandchildren Dusten, Emily, Drake, Paige & Dylan.

Visitation will be from noon till 2 pm Monday May 19 at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. Funeral service will be Monday may 19 at 2 pm at the Edwards Funeral Home with Bro. Elijah Brady officiating. Burial will be in Elizabeth Cemetery.
