Obituary of Charles Jameson

Charles Jameson, 71, of Fairdealing, Missouri, died Tuesday, June 24, 2007, at the Current River Nursing Center in Doniphan.
Mr. Jameson was born May 22, 1937, in Manila, Arkansas. He was an electrician with Wagner Electric. Mr. Jameson was a member of the National Guard and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
On October 6, 1955, he was married to Iris Stroud in St. Louis, Missouri. She preceded him in death on March 23, 2005.
Mr. Jameson is survived by three daughters; Rose Berck of Van, Texas, Katherine Jameson of Fairdealing, and Beverly Williams of Houston, Texas; one son, Charles Jameson of Eldon, Missouri; four sisters, Gertrude Tobey and Peggy Masson of Palestine, Texas, Barbara Corum of Jacksonville, Florida, and Mary Lyles of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; two brothers, Eugene Jameson of Van, Texas and Junior Jameson of Palestine, Texas; and three grandchildren.
Mr. Jameson was also preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Jameson and Velma Keller Jameson and one son, David Jameson.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 28, 2008, from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home chapel with Brother Larry Bashaw officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
