Mrs. Joy-- So sorry for the loss of Mr. Joe. He was a wonderful man!! My momma is Clara Durham-Howard and he used to walk me to the post office at Fairdealing so I could catch a ride to attend college at Three Rivers. I was in Dental assisting classes at the time and we talked about how some of the dental tools had "TARNO" on them. Mr. Joe will be greatly missed. Take care and GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
