Rebecca Michelle Dugger, 2, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Sunday, April 20, 2008, at LeBonheur Children's Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
Miss Dugger was born October 28, 2005, at Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She loved animals, especially her baby kitties. Rebecca enjoyed being read to and spending time outdoors. She had a favorite backpack and was looking forward to taking it to school
She is survived by her parents, Ashley Nicole Elston of Doniphan and David Keith Dugger, currently serving in the U. S. Armed Forces; one half-brother, Caleb Keith Butler, of Poplar Bluff; maternal grandparents, Bryan and Shelly Leroux of Doniphan and Richard Elston of Bayview Garden, Illinois; paternal grandparents, Dallas and Deborah Dugger of Poplar Bluff; great grandparents, Ralph and Sharon Bill of Maynard, Arkansas, Russell and Kat Leroux of Doniphan, Richard and Shelly Elston of Maricopa, Arizona, and Sarah Allen of Bayview Garden, Illinois; and one great-great grandmother, Mildred Allen of Bayview Garden, Illinois.
Visitation will begin Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral lhome chapel with Brother Alan Wilson and Brother Eric Leroux officiating. Burial will be on the Leroux family farm.
