Stacey L. Ormsby, 42, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Sunday, May 19, 2013, in rural Ripley County, Missouri, as a result of an accident along with her husband, Jason.
Mrs. Ormsby, daughter of David Johansen and Londa (Creach) Johannsen, was born January 19, 1971, in Rockford, Illinois. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Ormsby enjoyed animals, flowers, crafts and her grandchildren.
On November 27, 2004, she was married to Gregory Jason Ormsby in Oxly, Missouri.
Surviving are three children: Ethan Ormsby, Leeza Mattingly and Cortney Johannsen, all of Doniphan; her father, David Johannsen of Hardy, Arkansas, and her mother, Londa Johanssen of Fairdealing, Missouri; one sister, Lorenda Crane of Greenville, Missouri; three brothers, Phillip Johannsen, Aaron Johannsen and Andrew Johannsen, all of Doniphan; and three grandchildren, Paige Maxwell, Kylee Maxwell and Cutter Maxwell.
Visitation for Stacey will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2013, at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow in the Center Hill Cemetery.
