Rosemary Ellis Bryer, 73, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Friday, May 3, 2013, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
Ms. Bryer, daughter of Seeward Chailland and Josie Temple, was born February 22, 1940, in Caruth, Missouri. She was baptized at the Caruth Baptist Church at the age of 16. Ms. Bryer had been a bus driver for the public school system in California.
Surviving are two children, Paul Corley of Doniphan and Eva Corley of San Diego, California; three half-sisters, Regina, Nicki and Kay; one brother, Melvin; two granddaughters, Jolene Blakeman and Amy Harmon Corley; one great-granddaughter of California; several nieces nephews and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Seeward Chailland and Josie Harpole.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday afternoon, May 15, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett, Missouri.
A visitation will be held prior to the graveside service from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan.
