Donald Roy Stoutt, 71, of Gatewood, Missouri, died Friday, February 18, 2011, at his residence. Mr. Stoutt, son of Roy and Opal (Smith) Stoutt, was born November 23, 1939, in Etawah, Arkansas. He was a carpenter. Mr. Stoutt enjoyed talking on his CB radio (he was known as the Lone Ranger), raising rabbits, hunting and fishing and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are five daughters; Shelia Tanner and Sandra Jones, both of Ravenden Springs, Arkansas, Shawna Collett of Corning, Arkansas, Sherry Hubbard of Black Rock, Arkansas, and Savanna Stoutt of Gatewood, Missouri; one adopted brother and sister, David and Vernita Crowder; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and his soul-mate, Darlene Jackson of Gatewood. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Leon Stoutt, his son-in-law, Damone Jones and one sister, Loretta Woods. A private memorial service is being planned for a later date.
