Patsy Ruth Hessling, 61, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Wednesday, March 26, 2008, at her residence.

Mrs. Hessling was born December 12, 1946, at New Madrid, Missouri. She was a cashier in retail sales and had worked at Vitronic. She was of the Baptist faith.

On March 3, 1967, she was married to Lennard Hessling at Metairie, Louisiana. He survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Raychell Brower of Doniphan and Crystal Hessling of Grandin, Missouri; one sister, Pansy Copley of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi; two brothers, Ragie Brown of Metairie, Louisiana, and Ralph Brown of Hammond, Louisiana; and four grandsons, Dylan Brower, Wyatt Griffin, Dakotah Harvey and Colton Harvey.

Mrs. Hessling was preceded in death by her parents, R. J. Brown and Ruth James Brown, and one sister, Shirley Sherrion.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 30, 2008, beginning at noon at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother William McDowell officiating. Burial will be in the Grandin City Cemetery.
