Noma Jean Griffin, 66 year old resident of Doniphan, Missouri, died Thursday, February 17, 2011, at the Saint Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Mrs. Griffin was born March 19, 1944, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and enjoyed animals and collecting baby dolls. Mrs. Griffin is survived by her husband, Glen "Oley" Griffin. Also surviving are two brothers, Larry Mills of Brookland, Arkansas, and Eddie Mills of Jonesboro, Arkansas; three sisters, Shirley Chambers of Brookland, Arkansas, Carolyn Neely of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Dorothy Cummings of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Sadie (Belk) Mills, one brother, John Scott Mills, and one sister, Mary Louise Mills. Visitation for Mrs. Griffin will be held from 10-11 A.M. Tuesday, February 22, 2011, at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Keller's Chapel Cemetery in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
