Betty Jean "Jeanne" Engelman, 66, of Naylor, Missouri, died Saturday, January 26, 2008, at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Ms. Engelman was born June 10, 1941, at Doniphan, Missouri. She enjoyed her family and attending her grandchildren's activities.
She was formerly married to Richard Vincent Engelman who survives of St. Louis, Missouri. Also surviving are one daughter, Angela Jean "Angie" Engelman and Joe Kennedy of St. Louis; two sons, William David "Dave" Engelman and wife Joanne of Arvada, Colorado, and Richard Dean "Ricky" Engelman and wife JoAnn of Naylor, Missouri; two sisters, Thula Mae Seymour of Apollo Beach, Florida, and Wilma Carlene Simpson of Granite City, Illinois; seven grandchildren, Cathy Johnson, Beth Wilson, Mary Greenup, Alison Jean Kennedy, Leighanne Elizabeth Kennedy, Sarah Trowbridge and Ericka Ann Richelle Engelman; and seven great-grandchildren.
Ms. Engelman was preceded in death by her parents, William Carl Salmon and Verna Estelle Mobley.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 29, 2008, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan, Missouri. A memorial service will be Wednesday, January 30, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Doniphan. Private family burial services will be at a later date.
