Earnest Leroy Brown
Earnest Leroy Brown, 85 year old resident of Fairdealing, Missouri, died January 21, 2008, at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.
Mr. Brown was born September 11, 1922, in Centralia, Illinois. He owned and operated Brown's Nursery and was a member of the Pilgrim's Rest Church. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Marines.
On August 23, 1985, he was married to Ruth "Irene" Leach in Carlyle, Illinois, who survives.
Also surviving are 3 sons: Darryl Brown of Oregon, Charles Brown of Wyoming and Richard Brown of Arkansas; one daughter, Gwenie (Clifton) Randall of Lewistown, Illinois; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Brown will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 24, 2008, at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Johnny St. Cin and Brother Donnie Emmons officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be in the Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery.
