Gary Leon Woodruff, 60 year old resident of Doniphan, Missouri, died Friday, February 4, 2011, at his residence.
Mr. Woodruff was born July 25, 1950, in Poynor, Missouri, to Leon and Fern (Rawlings) Woodruff. He enjoyed landscaping, gardening and plants. Mr. Woodruff served in the U.S Air Force and attended Sugar Tree General Baptist Church.
Surviving are his mother, Fern Woodruff, of Doniphan; three sisters, Linda Taylor and Brenda Martin, both of Doniphan and Shirley Akins of Fort Worth, Texas; three brothers, Stephen Woodruff and Dan Woodruff both of Doniphan, and Vernon Woodruff of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Mr. Woodruff was preceded in death by his father, one sister, Donna Woodruff, and an infant brother.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at Poynor Cemetery.
