Judy Ann Gimlin, 59, of Gatewood, Missouri, died Sunday, October 14, 2012, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Mrs. Gimlin, daughter of Lloyd and Annie (Shirley) Foster, was born May 24, 1953, in Holcomb, Missouri. She was employed at Vitronic Manufacturing Plant in Doniphan, Missouri. Mrs. Gimlin was a life-long resident of Ripley County and her special joy was being with her grandchildren.
On August 19, 1975, she was married to Robert A. Gimlin at Doniphan. He preceded her in death on June 15, 2005.
Surviving are one daughter, Misti Gimlin of St. Louis, two sons, Jeff Foster and Robert Gimlin, both of Gatewood; her parents, Lloyd and Annie Foster of Gatewood; two sisters, two brothers; and four grandchildren, Jeffery Andrew Foster, Joshua Alexander Foster, Meghan Nichole Foster and Troy Gimlin.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, James Foster and Ronnie Foster.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening, October 17, 2012, from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will take place Thursday morning, October 18, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jared Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Cemetery.
