Deborah Ray Moman Lewis, 55, long time resident of Doniphan, Missouri, died Friday, February 4, 2011, at her residence, in Doniphan. Mrs. Lewis, daughter of the late Walter Sr. and Luceila (Bretti) Moman, was born December 31, 1955, in Rockford, Illinois. She was employed at Current River Inn as Assistant Manager. Mrs. Lewis was a member of Tops Club #734 at Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and attended Faith Seventh Day Baptists. She was a big Elvis fan, enjoyed cooking and loved all her family and friends. She was married to Butch Lewis for 39 years. He survives. She is also survived by her mother, Luceila Moman, of Tell City, Indiana; one daughter, Stacey Lewis, of Doniphan; two sons, Jackie Dewayne Lewis and Christopher Dale Lewis and fiancé, Samantha Hilton, both of Doniphan; two brothers, Walter Ray Moman and wife, Carol, of California and Frank Moman and wife, Pat, of Doniphan; two sisters, Cecila Spohn and husband, Lawrence, of Ravenna, Ohio, Brenda Gluck and husband, Butch, of Tell City, Indiana; two half-sisters, Lindell Gumpenberger and husband, Carl, and Betty Kasmann both of Union; four grandchildren; and three close friends, Iva Ford, Jackie Staggs and Marsha Boyles. Mrs. Lewis was preceded in death by her father and an infant son, Ray Lewis Jr. Visitation will begin Monday evening, February 7, 2011, from 5-8 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral will follow Tuesday February 8, 2011, at 10 a.m. with Reverend Dr. Ronald J. Elston, Sr. officiating. Burial will be in New Home Cemetery.
