Billy Glenn Jerls, Jr., 53-year-old resident of Doniphan died Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at his residence. Mr. Jerls was born November 9, 1954 in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Jerls was a veteran of the US Navy, a truck driver, and a member of the Lutheran Church. He loved to fish and hunt. Mr. Jerls is survived by fiancee, Brenda Bass of Doniphan; his mother, Betty Louise Parker of Doniphan; 6 sisters, Patricia (Archie) Parker of St. Louis; Doris Butler of Doniphan; Donna Elfrink of Kelso, Missouri; Pam Pulley and Jane Parker of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; Brenda Parker of Doniphan; 2 brothers, Steve Jerls of Index, Washington; and John Parker of Doniphan. His father, Billy Glenn Jerls, Sr, preceded him in death. Funeral services for Mr. Jerls will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday. Burial will be in the Legacy Cemetery.
