Betty Jane Conner, 74, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Wednesday, November 7, 2007, at St. Bernard's Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Ms. Conner, daughter of the late Luther Brake and Wahnetta Brown Brake, was born March 9, 1933, in Steele, Missouri. She was a homemaker and she loved to quilt.
"To those of us who knew and loved her, she was a joy and a blessing. By the carnal eye, she was small in stature but walked with giants in the spirits."

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 13, 2007, from 1 - 2 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Mt. Olive cemetery.
