Marian Jewel Kulak, 86, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Mrs. Kulak, daughter of Douglas and Fern (Conley) Zumstien, was born May 17, 1927, in Adrian, Michigan. She was a housewife and had lived in Doniphan since 1994.
She was married to Herbert Phillip Kulak and he survives.
A private memorial was held at an earlier date.
