Muriel McGee
Muriel McGee, 85, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Monday, September 17, 2007, at the Current River Nursing Center in Doniphan.
Mrs. McGee was born January 26, 1922, at Gatewood, Missouri. She had operated a restaurant in Naylor and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include four grandchildren.
Mrs. McGee was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Lavern Rudd; her parents, Charlie and May Dodd Barnes; six sisters, Edna Pierce, Alta King, Jewell Bronson, Fern Tettleton, Nellie Sullivan and Donnie Ducheck; and three brothers, Ray Dodd, Daily Dodd and Carl Dodd.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 19, 2007, from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will be Thursday, September 20, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel with Brother Hubert Payne officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
