Carter Woolard, Jr., 78, of St. Louis, Missouri, died Saturday, April 7, 2012, in St. Louis.
Mr. Woolard, son of Orville and Evelyn (Hughes) Woolard, was born March 7, 1934, in Doniphan, Missouri. He was a machinist with a crane manufacturer.
Surviving are one son, Steven Woolard, one brother, Lonnie Woolard and one sister, Dorothy Whitton. He was a dear uncle, cousin and friend.
Mr. Woolard was preceded in death by his wife, Imogene Woolard, and his parents, Orville and Evelyn Woolard.
Visitation will begin at noon on Friday, April 13, 2012, at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel and burial will be in the Woolard Cemetery in Naylor, Missouri.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Jr.
