Rita Jean Kennon-Keel Obituary

Rita Jean Kennon-Keel, 80, of Centerton Arkansas, died December 28,2024 at her home surrounded by her family.


Ms. Keel was born in Doniphan, Missouri to the late Thomas and Dolas Kennon. She was a comptroller who was devoted to her family. She could always be found cheering on her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. Her family was everything to her and she was everything to them. She loved gardening and canning. She was a member of the Church of Christ.


Surviving are three daughters: Camilla Lonetree, Carla Terrell, and Keshia Rayos, and her sons-in-law: Luther Lonetree, Charles Terrell, and Glenn Rayos. Also surviving are her beloved grandchildren: Aaron and Bryan Bollenbacher, Whitney Cooper and Kaitlyn Terrell, Greyson, Madelyn, and Natalie Rayos. She is also survived by her beloved great-grandchildren: Mabrey and Blake Bollenbacher, Luke and Zachary Bollenbacher, and Hudson and Rhett Cooper. Also surviving are her sister, Barbara Nottmeier (Ron), Ronald Kennon, and James Kennon (Joy). Plus, many more family members.


 


A memorial service will be held in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, January 4, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
