Obituary of Teresa Lynn LaBryer

Teresa Lynn LaBryer, 60-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Monday, November 25, 2024, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. She was born May 13, 1964, IN Granite City, IL, to the late Raymond and Louise (Owens) Townsend.

Teresa had been employed with the United States Forest Service and had also worked at Lone Star School. Teresa enjoyed gardening and sewing and loved spending time outdoors. One of her greatest joys was spending time with family and friends, with trips to Branson always being a highlight for her.

On September 17, 1983, Teresa married Terry Gene LaBryer at the Grandin Methodist Church in Grandin, MO. He preceded her in death on December 6, 2021. She was also preceded by a sister Karen Broyles.

Surviving are her daughters, Samantha LaBryer and Crystal (Adam Taylor) LaBryer, all of Doniphan; a sister, Mary McCracken of Ellsinore, MO; and her grandchildren, Kaylee, Braden, Mackenzie, Tyrion, Kara, Alaska, and Oaklynn.

Visitation will be held in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, November 29, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m. with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Brother Alan Wilson will be officiating, and burial will be held in Wilson Cemetery.
