Stanley Edward Kosciulek, 79, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Wednesday, January 19, 2011, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Mr. Kosciulek was born August 30, 1931, in Grandin, Missouri. He was in program management with McDonnell-Douglas Corporation. Mr. Kosciulek enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and farming. He was a member of the St. Benedicts Catholic Church and served during the Korean War in the U.S. Navy. On May 30, 1958, he was married to Peggy Sue Roam in Doniphan at the St. Benedict's Catholic Church. She survives. Also surviving are one son, Kenneth Kosciulek of Ballwin, Missouri; one grandson, Justin Ryan Kosciulek of St. Louis, Missouri; and one sister, Helen Haselroth of St. Louis, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Aniela Kosciulek; one son, Keith Edward Kosciulek; two sisters, Mary and Anne; and five brothers, John, Tony, Joseph, Casimir and Ted. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning, January 22, 2011, at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow at 12:30 in the funeral home chapel with Father Joseph officiating. Burial will be in the Beaver Dam Cemetery.
