Obituary of Gloria Judycki

Gloria Judycki, 73-year-old resident of Poplar Bluff, MO and former resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Tuesday, September 24, 2024. She was born September 5, 1951, in Marston, MO, to the late Samuel and Henrietta (Smoot) Lesley.

 

Gloria had been a dietician at Current River Nursing Center where she worked to meet the nutritional needs of many and touched countless lives with her compassion. A lover of life and beauty, Gloria found joy in beautiful flowers, animals, and the company of her cherished family. She had a passion for traveling which often included a stop at casinos, and she also delighted in the thrill of finding hidden treasures at yard sales.

 

Surviving is her sons, Wilbur Judycki of California and Kester Judycki; a sister, Dinah Adams of Poplar Bluff, MO; and brothers, Brian Lesley of Alabama and Benjamin Lesley of Ohio. She is also survived by many dear nieces and nephews.

 

In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathryn Judycki; her sisters, Frances Orr, Marj Munnerlyn, Brenda Wilson, Marilyn Traughber, Bertha Lesley, and Alice Lesley, and a brother, Lee Lesley.

 

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
