James Robert “Jimmy” Meekins, 54-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life on Monday, September 16, 2024. He was born July 25, 1970, in Doniphan, MO, to James and Mary (Wisner) Meekins.

Jimmy was known for being considerate and compassionate, always thinking of others and putting their needs before his own. He was also a private person who valued a few deep and lasting friendships over a wide social circle.

Surviving are his loving parents, James and Mary Meekins, and his sister, Rosie Meekins, all of Doniphan.
