Obituary of Jonathan Paul Kuykendall

Jonathan Paul Kuykendall, 58, of Poplar Bluff, MO, departed this life Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He was born July 28, 1966, to Jonnie Paul Kuykendall and Glenna Sue (Ard) Kuykendall.

 

Jonathan had been a self-employed construction worker and framer. He loved building houses. He also loved the rivers and lakes nearby where he would fish and swim. Jonathan liked hanging out with family and his tons of friends.

 

Surviving are his father, J. P. Kuykendall, and wife, Mary of Texas; his son, Jonathan Kuykendall and girlfriend, Kate, of Doniphan, and daughter, Jessica (Poot) Hawk of Gun Barrel City, TX. Also surviving is his brother, Chris Kuykendall of Doniphan, MO. Jonathan also has two surviving grandchildren.

 

The family will have a private memorial at a later date.
