Mrs. Norma (White) Hufstedler Gordon, of Doniphan, MO, passed away July, 2024 at Current River Nursing Center in Doniphan, MO.

Born in 1938 to the late Odist and Bettie (Ward) White, Norma was the wife of the late Alferd “Al” Hufstedler, who preceded her in death in February of 2011. Norma married Harold Gordon in May of 2013. He preceded her in death on May 13, 2023. She was also preceded by six brothers and two sisters.

Surviving are her stepchildren, Tony (Lynette) Gordon of St. Clair, MO, Tena (Vic) Sohn of Sullivan, MO, Tim Gordon of St. Clair, MO, and Karl (Megan) Dickson and family of Frontenac, KS; and grandchildren, Terry, Amber, Amanda, Tiffany, Tyler, and Matthew; along with great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Also surviving is a sister-in-law, Doris White of Jonesboro, AR, and many friends.

Norma taught math and science for 35 ½ years in Missouri and Texas, the last 21 in the Doniphan Schools.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
