Kelly Kramer Obituary

Kelly Kramer, 59, of Poplar Bluff, MO, departed this life Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at Regional 1 in Memphis, TN. She was born March 25, 1965, in St. Louis, MO, to Sharon (Rebello) Ellington and the late Dave Roberson. Kelly was raised by her mother and stepfather, Michael Ellington. 


Kelly loved frogs, thus earning her the nickname, “Froggie”. She also enjoyed adult coloring and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.


Kelly married Thomas Kramer in St. Louis. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her long-time significant other, Dave Dilley; a son, Timothy Rutledge; a brother, Tony Roberson; and a grandchild, Lacey Berry.


Surviving are her children, Tara Slavings, Julie Murray, and Angela Rutledge of Poplar Bluff, Thomas “Tommy” Kramer of St. Louis, and Kristy Frans of Springfield, MO; a sister, Brandy Ellington and a brother, Lance Roberson, of St. Louis. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Martez Janis, Emma Frans, Landon Frans, Zoe Frans, Jackson Frans, Hayden Bush, Ethan Simpson, Makennah Simpson, Addyson Murray, Jeremiah Dawson, Bentley Dawson, Serenity Kimbrell Nichols, and Aaliyah Nichols. Also surviving is Ronnie Mellon, her significant other.


 A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 2 pm at Lone Star Cemetery.
