Edith V. (Pullen) Sweet, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, departed this life on March 4, 2024, at her home in Poplar Bluff, MO. She was born on September 26, 1953, in St. Louis, MO, to the late Wright and Ethel (Parker) Pullen.

Edie could always bring a smile with her quick wit and easy sense of humor. She loved her family, and she LOVED Elvis Presley. Her “SWEET” spirit will always be with us in the form of memories that live on forever in our hearts as she walks with angels on streets of gold.

Edith is survived by her three children, Jason, Penny Jo, and Joshua; twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and eight siblings.

A memorial service will be held at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. with Serra McCabe officiating.
