Elvira Jane Whitlow, 83 years of age, departed this life Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Center in Farmington, MO.  She was born May 18, 1940 in Detroit, MI.  She had retired from the home health industry.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cloyce William Whitlow and Della Noe Whitlow; sister Virginia Cannon; and brothers, Ted and Billy Whitlow.

 

Surviving are her children, Jada Holbert of Park Hills, MO; Melody Duncan of Granite City, IL; George Price of Dixon, MO; Dennis Price of Sasche, TX; Connie Yount of Madison, IL; Richard Price of Madison, IL;  Sister Betty Silman of Poplar Bluff, MO; 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

 

Funeral Services for Ms. Whitlow will be held Friday, December 22, 2023 in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 P.M.  Visitation will be from 1-2 P.M. and burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
