Obituary of Malisa Gayle Thacker

Malisa Gayle Thacker, 40, of Gatewood, Missouri, died Thursday, November 23, 2023, at her residence.

Ms. Thacker, daughter of Billy and Janie (Milton) Thacker, was born January 11, 1983, in Hayti, Missouri.

She was a CNA and enjoyed drawing, listening to music, and spending time with her kids.

Surviving are her children, Carmen Hall of Dyersburg, TN, Cash Gurley of Hayti, Corbin Crocker and Janie Crocker both of Cooter; two sisters, Nicky Greenway and Heather Thacker, both of Caruthersville; four brothers, Mitchell Thacker and Billy Joe Thacker, both of Gideon, Little Billy Thacker and Chase Thacker, both of Wardell; her father, Billy Thacker of Caruthersville; and special cuz, Melinda Thacker.

Ms. Thacker is preceded in death by her mother, Janie Thacker

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, from 12 - 2 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan.
