Carl Ray Tucker, 76-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO departed this life Saturday, November 18, 2023, in Doniphan.  He was born October 12, 1947, in Doniphan, to the late George and Marie (Meadors) Tucker. 

Formerly, Ray was a teacher’s aide and also worked in maintenance and lawn care.  He was an avid checker player and loved pitching horseshoes.  He also enjoyed watching Three Rivers Raiders and Doniphan Dons athletics.  Ray was a member of the First Baptist Church in Doniphan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Lee.

Surviving is his daughter, Jolita Tucker of Doniphan, his brother, Joe Tucker of Doniphan, and grandchildren, Gregory and Madison Waddell.

Visitation will be held at Doniphan First Baptist Church beginning at noon on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, with the service to follow at 2 p.m. with Bro. Monty Flannigan officiating.  Burial will be in the Doniphan Cemetery.
