Obituary of Charli June Nichole Childers

Charli June Nichole Childers, 5 year old resident of Doniphan, MO went to be with Jesus, Saturday, September 2, 2023.  Charli was born December 8, 2017 in Poplar Bluff, MO. 

In Charli’s short time here she touched many, many hearts with her infectious smile and love for life.  She was Daddy’s girl and in his shadow most of the time;  fishing, being on the river, camping or riding her bicycle.  She loved going to Church at West Point with her family and would usually be seen singing or dancing.  Even with her love of the outdoors, she still enjoyed  a little make-up now and then.  Charli loved life and everyone in her life;  those include her parents Bryan and Jaclyn Childers;  Grandparents Chuck and Pam Coomer; Great-grandpas Gary Watkins and Jack Coomer; her big sister Abigayle Childers and a little sister on the way, Emma.

She was preceded in death by her MawMaws Peggy Watkins and Anita Coomer; Great-grandpa Howard Ballew; and a special Aunt who she was named after, Natosha Hendrix.

Services for Charli will be Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at West Point United Pentecostal Church.  Visitation will be from 11-1 and service will start at 1 with Pastor Chuck Carr officiating. Burial will be in the Pope Chapel Cemetery.
