Obituary of Bobbie Jean Warren

Bobbie Jean Thomas Warren passed away Friday, July 14, 2023, at The Manor in Poplar Bluff, MO, at the age of 78. She was born April 19, 1945, to Goodbe and Easter (Garner) Thomas of Bogalusa, LA, Washington Parish. Bobbie had worked in several restaurants as a cook.

In April, 1975, Bobbie was united in marriage to Carl Junior Warren. Bobbie and Carl lived in Hammond, LA for two years before moving to Doniphan.

Bobbie is survived by four children: her son, Thomas Warren, and three daughters, Tammy Maynard, Beatrice Warren, and Lily Warren, all of Doniphan, and three grandchildren, Evelyn Roby, Gwendelyn Roby, and Zackorie Warren-Zowell.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, beginning at noon with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Hunt-White Memorial Gardens.
