Obituary of Harold Edwin Gordon

Harold Edwin Gordon, 88, of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Saturday, May 13, 2023. He was born March 27, 1935, in Briar, MO, to the late Ernest and Edna (Ollar) Gordon.

 

Harold had been an over-the-road truck driver. He enjoyed woodworking in his spare time. Harold was a Free Mason and part of The Masonic Lodge #363 in Robertsville, MO.

 

On May 22, 1955, Harold married Lou Karen Lee in Satanta, KS. She preceded him in death on February 16, 2013. Later he married Norma Huffstedler, and she survives. Also surviving are his children, Tony (Lynette) Gordon of St. Clair, MO, Tena (Vic) Sohn of Sullivan, MO, Tim Gordon of St. Clair, MO, and Karl (Megan) Dickson and family of Frontenac, KS; and grandchildren, Terry, Amber, Amanda, Tiffany, Tyler, and Matthew; along with several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

 

Harold was preceded in death by his brother and sister.

 

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
