On November 5, 2022, MaKenzie Slatcher Dickson of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away at the age of 46. She was born in Phoenix, AZ. Her husband, Brad Dickson, preceded her in death.

MaKenzie is survived by her mother, Mitzie Bergquist, and her stepfather, Glenn Bergquist, of Wichita, KS, her father, Gary Slatcher, and his wife, Kathy Slatcher, of Phoenix, AZ, her brother, Shawn Slatcher, and his wife, Jenna, of Phoenix, AZ, her sister, Vanessa Sleaper, of Wichita, KS, her brother, Nic Bergquist, and his wife, Glenna, of Carthage, MO, and her sister, Abby Hart, and her husband, Craig, of Doniphan, MO. 

A memorial for MaKenzie will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023, starting at 10:00 am. It will be located at the Dove of the Desert United Methodist Church, 7201 W. Beardsley Rd, Glendale, AZ 85308.
