Though wedginds are more fun, funerals are more meaningful. I have found that funerals give me an opportunity to do real ministry with people who are more open and vulnerable than any other time in their lives.
I have several fond memories of attending church with Bro. Kenny. He always was checking to make sure I wasn't "working too hard". I have missed not having him in service this past year but I am thankful to know that he is finally home with the Lord.
The Fendel Hall family had the privilege of knowing Kenny and his sweet mother. They were members of our church and we enjoyed our worship together. Kenny's smile and friendly handshake was always welcome. He will be missed.
I am very sorry for the family's loss. Kenny was a very kind, caring Christian; and it was a pleasure for my husband and me to know him. He was a blessing to everyone.
