Hobart Orville Pritchard, Jr., 69-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Thursday, April 27, 2023, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. He was born August 23, 1953, in San Jose, CA, to Hobart Orville Pritchard, Sr. and Janet Fisher Lamouree.

 

Hobart loved nature and the outdoors. A verse in the Bible that was very dear to him was Proverbs 22:4.  He was a horticulturist and used his expertise in his landscaping and irrigation work. His dogs and cats were pets he enjoyed caring for. Hobart also liked to spend time fishing and listening to rock music.

 

Surviving is his son, Hobart (Jennifer) Pritchard, III of Doniphan, and grandchildren, Jerrett, Kelsey, Moriah, Alexandria, Leaira, Dasha, Rhyker, and Trystan; and brother Daniel T. (Sumiya) Pritchard.

 

The family will hold a private memorial at a later date.
