Obituary of Billy Ray Hall, Jr.
The sunrise for Billy Ray Hall, Jr., age 47, was August 25, 1975, being born in Pocahontas, AR to Billy Hall, Sr. and Theresa Patterson Hall. The sunset was March 24, 2023.
Billy had been a power plant technician. He liked being outdoors on the water. Fishing and kayaking on Current River was one of his favorite activities. He also like to go to hockey games and root for his favorite team, the St. Louis Blues. Billy admired Mustangs and brought a red Mustang in 2011. The speed and color won his heart and made this the favorite vehicle he had ever owned.
Surviving are his children, Ashley (Jesse) Halfacre of Anniston, MO and Tyler Hall (Anna Uthoff), also of Anniston; a sister, Christy Jones of Fairdealing, MO, and brothers, Johnny Hall of Cummings, GA and Joey Hall of Poplar Bluff, MO; and a special friend and significant other, Tracy Rodgers. Also surviving is a grandchild, Kaden, and another little one, Walker Ray Hall, is one the way, as well as several nieces and nephews who lovingly called him “Uncle Bull”. His nephews are Joshua Hall, Hunter Hall, Charles Hall, Timmy Jones, Corey Hall, Cole Whitt, Kyle Hall, Cody Price, Samuel Finnie, and Caleb Finnie, and nieces include Katie Jones, Tressa Jones, and Emily Hall.
A memorial visitation will be held Thursday, March 30, 2023, in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
