Obituary of Kenny Gambling

Kenneth Allen Gambling, 44-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Saturday, February 18, 2023, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He was born November 5, 1978, in Granite City, IL, to Robert Gambling and the late Edith (Sorenson) Gambling.

Kenny was an over-the-road truck driver. He loved anything that had to do with motors, especially driving big trucks and working on vehicles. He attended Safe Haven Church.

On August 30, 1997, Kenny married Tanesha Hollis in Doniphan, MO. She survives. Also surviving are his children, Taylor (Nick Trotter) Gambling of Poplar Bluff, MO and Kayden Gambling of Doniphan; along with nieces, Lydia and Kaila; nephews, Dylan, Blayn, and Silas; and many dear friends.

In addition to his mother, Kenny was preceded in death by a brother, Steven Gambling, and a sister, Macheal Neal.

Visitation will be held in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel, on Thursday, February 23, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 24, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., with Debbie and Oscar Roberson officiating. Burial will be in the Pilgrims Rest Cemetery.
