Obituary of Lonnie Ray Holland

Lonnie Ray Holland, 70 year old resident of Harviell, MO departed this life Friday, February 17, 2023 in Poplar Bluff, MO.  Lonnie was born April 1, 1952 in Doniphan, MO to the late Wilford and Ruth (Martin) Holland. He had been very active in the Church of Christ having served as Song Leader and a Bible Class Teacher. He had been the owner/operator of Holland’s Body Shop before retiring. He enjoyed ranching and loved seeing and talking to people, but above all things his greatest pride and joy was his family.

On June 7, 1975 in Doniphan, MO he was married to Vickie L. Hulett.  She survives.  Also surviving are his children Cameron (Jessica) Holland of Memphis, TN; Shonna (Glen) Cates of Arlington, TN; Bethany (Adam) Hopkins of Doniphan, MO; Cody (Ashlin) Holland of Paragould, AR; sister Beth (Art) Tucker of DeSoto, MO; brother George Holland of Fairdealing, MO; and grandchildren Preston, Chloe, Peyton, Troy, Taytum, Piper, Laityn, and Kylin.

Services for Lonnie will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 12 PM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Cameron Holland officiating.  Burial will be in Hunt-White Cemetery and visitation will begin at 10 AM on Wednesday.
