Obituary of Scott Alan Mohrmann

Scott Alan Mohrmann, 54-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Saturday, February 4, 2023.  Scott was born May 20, 1968, in Jersey City, New Jersey to Dennis and the late Nancy Schumm Mohrmann.  He was a veteran of the US Army, of the Baptist faith, and had worked as a hot inspector at Missouri Forge.  Scott was a patriot and loved guns, and enjoyed watching movies and TV.

He is survived by his father Dennis Mohrmann of Doniphan; daughter Sinora Murphey of Poplar Bluff, MO; son Cohen Mohrmann of Poplar Bluff, MO; brother Eric Mohrmann of Doniphan, MO; and three grandchildren, Christian, Haven, and Malakai.

Services for Scott will be held at noon on Thursday, February 9, 2023 in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jason Jordan officiating.  Visitation will begin at 11 AM and burial with full military honors will be in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO.
